The dropped stitch

By Bodkin

A day of assorted weather

A sunny, bright morning and it was beautifully warm as I worked in the greenhouse pricking out trays of flower seedlings. I've decided this can be a summer with extra annuals, lots of colour - after all, for once there's time to plan and sow.

Later it snowed! Proper fluffy snowflakes falling softly and covering the ground.

Fire lit early.

By evening the snow had gone and it was perfectly pleasant for a walk.
