Into the blue

It was nice to have a day away from work, even if I had to spend it on my own. I had the fairly surreal experience of a shopping delivery arriving and then Louisa coming over to pick it up* whilst I spent my time keeping my distance in the kitchen or sitting on the stairs. So strange to not be able to hug or kiss her. I don't like it.

I did get myself out of the house later for a 10k run and then a cool down stroll around the fishing pond with the moon making a -tiny- appearance. Finally found a local geocache while I was there too.
