Mason bees

Our mason bees have erupted in great number! It's warm enough overnight to leave them out so it's likely over the next few days most will fly the nest.
Genny and I continued with our stick sorting, turning most into kindling for the log burner (for next season now, probably). 
This afternoon we had a socially distanced tea gathering of many people from around the close. It worked beautifully with about 15 of us sitting in our household groups, chatting and joking. The warm weather helped of course. We've developed a good link amongst us to help each other with shopping too, which is nicely communally spirited of us.
