Tickled

We spent the day in Djibouti doing administrative work. Our first meeting was with the Minister of the Promotion of Women. She was articulate, interested and a great supporter of the work we are doing here. It was a very good meeting. We then whiled away the rest of the morning and had to wait until 16:00 to meet the Chinese contractors to discuss the construction project. It was during the drive to their office that I was able to catch this group of kids.

But what fun! They had been playing football and then went for a quick rest on the train tracks. I am not sure what tickled the one boy so much but his laugh is just contagious!

But I wasn't sure if I should have kept the old man on the right or cropped it so as not to include him.
