Another day in (garbage) paradise

We must be living in an area where disposal of waste is either expensive or too time consuming and complicated. Wherever I go I find junk lying around. And no one feels responsible to clean up the mess.

Okay, we have more or less frequent cleaning session, where whole troops of people for instance clear a part of the village. But that doesn't help much, if people leave their stuff a bit outside city limits.
