Socially distant birthday wishes

Cora’s 4th birthday couldn’t pass by without us singing to her and taking round a little gift for her. We can walk behind our house through the allotments and we’re onto Sarah’s road so it was easy enough to pop over.
Very strange being so close yet having to stand so far away. We shouted, sang, waved and blew kisses then headed home through the allotment, joined again by red kites flying overhead.
