Lockdown day 26

Baking today was 3-ingredient flapjack buns - oats, bananas and little chocolate bits.

I made dinner tonight: sausage and chorizo casserole, served with mash. One to remember and repeat! Didn't have any celery, but used some spinach and peas.

Sunny day, so I grabbed some vitamin D on the roof terrace for 20 mins.

Did some work on Airbnb, making sure dates that should be blocked out are, and informing any guests who still have a booking with us and fall within the dates of the extenuating circumstances policy know they can cancel with no cancellation fee. I know and understand some people's feelings on Airbnb, but we've always been responsible hosts in all respects and it's a real worry to see a good whack of our anticipated income disappear over the next 6 months or so.
