A Quiet Easter, Deer?

We had an early face time call from Sophie, very excited that the Easter a Bunny had visited overnight and left a trail of mini eggs for her to find and even rummaged through the cupboard to leave out the bigger egg Mummy had bought for her!

After a lazy breakfast, we had a bike ride around our Sharpham route with a detour through the nature reserve. These deer were taking it easy as we cycled back past the deer farm.

This afternoon we did a bit of gardening, Tess weeding the patio, me transplanting a rose and an Alstroemeria from pots into a side bed.

This afternoon Chris & Kate gave me instructions for signing up to Zoom so we were able to have a virtual family meeting, much to Sophie's amusement. The first of many I suspect!
