Busy day gardening, chatting to Barbara’s daughter Elspeth who gave us some seed potatoes for a dreel we will plant.

The back garden hasn’t looked this well for many years but still a bit to go. It’s far too early for bedding plants and to confirm there is a frost forecast for Sunday night.

We had a hilarious FaceTime with my mum and this pic was at the end of it. Breagha gets invited up on the bed occasionally she’s too old now to be able to leap up wee soul....

Saw Andrea Bocelli sing Amazing Grace from the steps of the Duomo di Milano . A spine tingling moment especially as it was my Dad’s favourite song. Seeing the empty streets around the famous sights was eerie.
