Enjoying the sunshine

After gale force winds for most of the night and a light shower of rain, the rest of the day was sunny. It did feel much colder. 

I was going to start some painting but had a really bad headache for most of the day.

Yesterday I picked these roses so they wouldn't get damaged from the wind. Autumn seems to bring out this wonderful colour. In summer they come out white.
