Negative to Positive Space

Magpies are a common sight these days. In my youth hardly seen at all - gamekeepers kept numbers well down. But somehow, somewhere they adapted to urban life.

Up to the age of 18 I had only seen one. Now they are everywhere. They are rather fine members of the crow family.

Easy to be negative at present. So important to take some positives from the situation. And getting used to slow, and looking more closely at the detail of what is going on around us, is part of that. Others on the front line of this crisis are facing much more difficult challenges.
