Autumn Leaf 9

Conditions were excellent again this morning. Beautiful weather, little wind and glorious colours. Here's yet another autumn leaf, just begging to be seen LARGE.

The lock down continues. The rate of new infections in Australia is well and truly falling along with the death numbers, despite isolated outbreaks. Much talk is now centred around an "exit strategy" and the extent to which a COVID-19 erradication program is possible. The big fear, of course is that things'll get freed up far too soon and the whole rigmarole will just have to wind up again, serving only to delay the time when things really CAN normalise.

Just between you and me, the last thing to return, if it ever does, will be international travel. The airline industry must be toast.
