Waiting

I think this handsome heron was waiting for dinner! Today's walk took us around shore, we had intended walking through the town and around the quay, but the path around the quay was busy, so we walked home around the beach. We spotted some Brent geese, an oyster-catcher, and our friend the heron. I hope he managed to find dinner!
The weather today has been the warmest so far, our first walk without a coat or fleece - happy days!
