Orange Tip

Beautiful and striking, the male orange tip butterflies are fluttering up and down patrolling the hedges in search of females which are much more elusive but were in evidence today! 

We've been living in this house for 32 years and I've found a new bridle path where I could let the dogs off their leads and do my photography too. Joy! Add to that I've rootled through my books and found one which I never had time to read! Yay!
