Street Lockdown

Like some of you, I am getting withdrawal symptoms from not doing any street wandering for a few weeks. So I went down to Walthamstow on my bike, taking care to steer clear of shoppers in the market. 

I thought this chap was well prepared - mask (not in place), rubber gloves, shades (PPE) and cigarette (also PPE to ward off unwelcome microbes). Meanwhile someone else is abandoning a bottle and harassed mum sorts out little 'un in the pushchair.

Ah, that's better - a bit of street life.

On the way I dropped off a Birthday card to nurse Polly who is a good friend of daughter Faye. She's a hero at Whipps Cross hospital. Happy Birthday, Polly!
