..........what I whipped up today. Homage to Italy, even if a bit adapted to fit ingredients that were kicking around.

Didn't turn out quite as well as hoped, as the frozen PYO Strawberries from last year were a bit watery when they had defrosted.

Forgot to say ... we are in the "Stay at Home" mode since yesterday. But unlike the UK there is no limit to how often or long one goes out to exercise, and I was to learn that certain hobbies can be carried out, including angling. However, all activities should take place close to home.
