Farewell Auntie June

Today was the funeral of my Auntie June, my mums' eldest sister, and a very surreal day with none of the family being able to travel to Bristol for the funeral under the current restrictions, so my cousin Paul set up to stream the funeral service on Zoom.  Thankfully all the technology issues we had were ironed out yesterday and it all went smoothly today so we could all be there in spirit, and it was all so lovely afterwards to see and chat to members of the family all over the country. I think another chat is planned for later when my cousin and his Dad get home.

so we raised a glass or two to June, and I also got my mum a rose for the garden. She will be sorely missed
