Back Lane Flowers

While I was out yesterday I noticed this flowery shrub. With the steeple in the background I thought it might make a picture for Flower Friday. Accordingly I returned today. Yesterday it was cloudy, today the sun is out, and I am taking the photograph almost directly into the sun. It is just at the top of the picture. There was also a telegraph poll just out of picture to the right, so the angle at which i could take the photograph was very limited if I wanted the steeple in the picture. I got a better shot yesterday, but too bad, that was yesterday.

Although there is warmth in the sun the air temperature is only about 10º, not exactly balmy.
