Zoomed

This is a late day, camera lens, 'zoom-in' of the sunset from our apartment.
The current use of the word Zoom is now more popular as a communication platform for multi participants. As many of you know. Although it launched in late 2012, use has increased dramatically as of pandemic. There have been issues with privacy and security.

This exposure lasted about 1/6 second while zooming in the mid range between 24 to 140 mm.

Today's bike ride was with the Stephan Micus album, To The Evening Child. Here is one excerpt. A calming album, as all this artist's work. He uses multi traditional and ethnic instruments. I usually watch a YouTube while riding, in the house, and lately I have been watching videos prompted by the Nature search tag. There are many results and today I chose Spring. The music and video were meant for each other, while on two devices. And it is ironic that the album cover has a great similarity to today's photo. No way intended or planned.

Yesterday while watching Wednesday's American news, Rachel Maddow mentioned a New York Times article about nursing homes related to the virus. In particular, a home in northern New Jersey.
That is where my mom who is 102 is living. My brother lives close to her, and says she is doing fine.
