Loafing around...

A leisurely lie in with my book before knocking up another loaf - this now seems to have become a ‘thing’ on a Saturday morning. First time I followed the recipe without changing anything and to be fair it was a belter.

Headed out for my run in the beautiful sunshine and then spent a bit of time pottering about with ‘stuff’ when I got back. A friend also popped round with some of her freshly butchered pork.

Before I knew it, it was time for dinner - a buffalo meat ribeye steak - soooo good.

Paul has been brought out of the coma and is no longer on a ventilator - what shape he’s in remains to be seen but it’s a massive step forward.
