Life through the lens...

By ValC

Woody back again.

Not only in the morning, but now he has started coming to the fat balls during the day.
Since lockdown our adjoining neighbours with the big garden, which we overlook, have put out several fat balls, and coconut halves.
We always knew they had a lot of birds passing through, but they have been amazed how many different types they have.
Certainly haven’t had a woodpecker visiting so often.

Another lovely sunny day, but a sneaky cool easterly wind.
Did some more gardening and watering. Everywhere so very dry.

Was very pleased to see Beechgrove Garden back on TV this morning.
I thought the way they managed in the present circumstances was brilliant.
Each presenter in their own garden, or flat, with extras of previous programmes.
So much more down to earth than Monty in his huge posh garden.

Some good news today about CV.
Fewer deaths, although still 596.
Hope we have now turned the corner.
Still a long way to go.

Take care, stay safe, and keep smiling.

I will be smiling now . Just about to watch
Grease! Fab!
