Easter...

Easter didn't happen last weekend, we were too busy moving (although I did manage to get Easter eggs).  

We had a family picnic today (don't tell anyone!), in a local wood (known as Bluebell Wood and it is just stunning).  Whilst the boys were off looking at a forager which helpfully was in the adjacent field, the Easter bunny hid a few treats.  This was VERY exciting. 

Evening Braai with homemade burgers - the husband thought they were some of the best I've made yet.  They are a firm family favourite. 

Today I'm grateful for: 
Both boys offering (and giving) chocolate to both of us, very touching (and yummy!) 
Lovely long chats with the husband throughout the day
Getting out for a picnic, much needed and really enjoyed by all
