Day 28 Linder's Field

It's been just over week since we visited Linder's field and in that time many more trees have come into leaf and now the apple blossom is out too.  This bee was busy working the flowers and didn't have time to turn round to face my camera, so furry yellow bottom it is!  In extras is a little collage which shows the charm of Linder's Field and the space available in the adjoining farmer's fields: all just a couple of minutes' walk from our house and within the M25!
The rest of the day was spent finishing the utility room decorating and starting on the horrendous task of putting stuff back and deciding what should be disposed of and/or recycled when such facilities are available again.
We didn't bother to watch the daily update today: currently it's more of the same and some days it's better to plod on and not look at too much social media.  We did watch the BBC Together at Home concert highlights this evening and it did raise spirits.  It would be lovely to have more of the same, although I imagine it does take some organising!
The Rolling Stones sang the song that has resonated with me since I first heard it all those decades ago and seems appropriate now:  you can't always get what you want....
