Yellow

As yellow is the colour of Spring it must be one of my favourite colours. Not always a good colour for a shirt as it tends to attract the bees and wasps, but definitely a good colour for flowers. Unlike myself they want to attract the bees.

These flowers are growing next to the road, and dandelions may be considered a weed, but flowers they are nevertheless, and like the other flowers they also are yellow. One of my little houses, itself yellow, seems to have crept into the picture.

Bright sunshine and clear skies again today. Although yellow is the colour of Spring, this is an early foretaste of summer.
