Trapped

The sun shone through the Velux and gave me a still life!!

A beautiful day spent doing 'stuff'  ... not sure quite what but the day passed fast!  I did decide to go outside and try to capture the fleeting beauty of the apple blossom and no sooner had l settled down palette in hand the builders kicked up some sort of hammering machine (levelling foundations l think) which was probably only about 15 feet away from where l sat.. it didn't lend a good atmosphere to my painting session.. ah well.. see extra for one small attempt before scuttling back indoors to the blissful muffledness of the noise
