Railway

My friends in the Arab Organisation for Human Rights kindly offered me an office to work in while stuck in Cairo, where kind, smiling Mohammed brought me coffee, tea, and biscuits all throughout the hours I spent there.

Traffic in Egypt's capital is chronic, compounded by roadworks on the main street near the office, but I didn't mind the three-hour round trip when there were so many sights to see.

I love hearing the sound of trains in Cairo, especially at night-time from my bed.
