Rhubarb upside down cake

Saw this done on Pinterest and the rhubarb looked really clearly directional. A bit disappointed how this looks , but I am sure it will taste fine and I’m sure it won’t last long.

My udder cream came today. Amazing service, Mr H’s new phone came today, and my handheld sewing machine which will hopefully allow me to repair our garden chairs also came today. I almost wish they’d come on different days, I can’t cope with so much excitement in one day!

Garden has been weeded again and I’ve planted some more seeds. Another wonderful day.
