A backblip as last night was taken up socialising again on a video dinner party. Thursday night has become a regular event with K&J now but the takeaway was replaced with K cooking and delivering to us !  K hasn't been in the kitchen before but he rustled up a fine lamb steak roast dinner, J chipped in with the apple crumble. Loved the food, smashed the wine and always good crack.

Earlier in the day we had taken a walk into the village via the fields and riverside. I checked on the church again to see if the juvenile peregrine was there but alas I'm pretty sure he's been worried off by the nesting jackdaws, I've been checking for the last couple of weeks and no signs of him.

A birthday virtual dinner party with my cousin is up next, best we can do for now.
