Another Beautiful Day

Workout, breakfast, walk. There was no wind whatsoever and it felt like being abroad. It was getting a bit warm for the furry beast. Being 12 now we don’t want to Puggle her . The blossom tree here at the Resy not far from the house was a perfect distance and plenty sniffs to satisfy a spaniel.

Was not feeling too great in the afternoon and in these days you automatically wonder if it’s the CV. Just had a lazy afternoon in the sunshine reading and listening to a True Crime Podcast.

Felt better in the evening and we had a walk by to deliver a sausage for Breagha from the Gang. Great to see them and we had a chat but it’s never long enough. The extra photo is Ben asking his mum for her phone as he has spotted a snail and knows I boke at them so he took a photo and sent it to me there and then. It was a close up and vile !

Had a video chat with my three cousins. Everyone seems to be doing ok.

Lost 3lb since this lockdown started with the regular workouts.
