Laid out to dry

08:30 delivery, excitement of the day. Sadly no broad beans, they substituted runner beans.

Leave it outside the door for a while. The excitement wanes when it’s time to spray and wipe/wash everything. Who knows whether really necessary, or is it just a silly waste of time. Then Mr B outs on the balcony to dry.

Today’s blip of the lovely veg we ordered is for Admirer’s Silly Saturday challenge.

We had another ‘visit’ from one of Mr B’s tennis pals. He was walking past on the Overcliff. To avoid shouting down, annoying neighbours, we chat with them on the mobile.

Cooler, but pleasant. Time to retrieve a Quorn pastie from the oven. So shall close now.
