Blowing in the Wind

Once a sweet gesture,
We now look with dread,
As a child blows naively,
We cover our head.
The seedlings they scatter,
The time blows away,
We all run for cover,
Away from the spray.
Fear of our neighbours,
Our family and friends,
I pray for the day,
This awfulness ends.

Additional is some of today's art gallery entries - 'food monsters' chosen by my 10 year old nephew.
