I intended to do a steady 5 km on the treadmill this morning but Procul Harem came on the radio and I kept going to 7.5 km. Ten minutes on the killer rowing machine afterwards was enough.

I spent most of the morning relaxing in the garden and did a bit more shed and fence painting this afternoon.

A family of thrushes have made their home in the laurel bush at the side of the garage. They are in and out from dawn til dusk.
