Good intentions

I was going to make anchovy and parsley linguine tonight. But after having had a decent portion of Anna’s cauliflower / curry soup, I really couldn’t be arsed. Sunday’s are a bit like that these days. Well, quite frankly, most days are a bit like that.

On the other hand, I was ridiculously excited to see Greggs have started posting recipes for their stuff on socials.

The first one is the sausage / beans / cheese bake.

Now, that does get me motivated. So I know what tomorrow’s dinner will be. The anchovies have been in the fridge for months, maybe years. They can wait another day or two.
