Lockdown Anniversary

These two got married seven years ago, in a slightly less exciting (but every bit as special) wedding than our younger daughter's. Thankfully.

Although today was beginning to equal it; Mike woke up and decided that yes, he was probably experiencing a detaching retina in his other eye. Long story short, a friend from our church, who is an eye specialist, came straight after our livestreamed church, and ferried him to hospital and stayed with him until it was lasered.

And the special meal was shifted from lunch to dinner time, with a good Alentejo red, courtesy of Paul. Anniversary meals shared with parents, kids and brother; what else can you do when you're lockdowned together??

Gratefuls:
- our traditional Sunday breakfast of grapefruit and croissants, bit of normality
- our church community, and their love and care for us, especially Shelagh
- Mike getting sorted so quickly and so well
