Red-legged Partridge - 29

On yesterday's walk we spotted a pair of red-legged partridge so today I repeated the walk and spotted them again in exactly the same place. Yesterday we had binoculars so we could make out the detail but it was a bit of a stretch with my zoom lens to photograph them. They are beautiful birds.

I also spotted my first goldcrest of the year but it was hopping along the centre of a hedge so there was no chance of a photograph.
