Ride out

I went for a 23km bike ride. 
Through Islington to the river, along Embankment, up to Westminster Bridge, around Parliament Square, to Trafalgar Square, into the Mall and St James' Park, across Green Park into Piccadilly, along Shaftesbury Avenue and back again.
It did me the world of good.
