Cloudy Skies

The blue skies of recent weeks have turned cloudy but we still got a dry walk.

So we have now turned to the indoors makeover due to a break to the sunshine. Front room ceiling painted and walls will be done tomorrow.

Took down a pile of stuff to the gang after tea including flour sourced at Gloagburn as the supermarket shelves are always empty. Bonus was we were given two slices of cheesecake that Cameron had made. We were still there when the clapathon happened so joined in at PC instead of OC! Met some folks still out chatting after it so were quite late home.

Agreed with the remarks made in the press by Janet Street-Porter.

‘Let’s talk about double standards, can you imagine a female PM giving birth to her 6th child by three different men(at least) whilst dealing with the worst crisis of half a century’.

Agree! The MSM would have a field day instead of all the fawning and congratulations There would have been dirt dished up. Six children by multiple fathers would have been a whole different ball game!

One thing I bet he won’t be changing any nappies!

Unfortunately he is also back to bumbling on the podium wittering on about going through a tunnel into an alpine meadow despite over 600 deaths reported yesterday. Thankfully we have our FM speaking more coherently on her podium. I don’t actually listen to the U.K. one and take advice from NS who advised on wearing a face covering so have got the sewing machine out although a scarf will do as well.
