Weather Vane

This overlarge crane has been sitting keeping watch over us for several months now. The site has been closed since the big shutdown.

Like all of its brethren, it has a friction brake so that when the wind gets up the crane will gentle "weather vane" to prevent damage. Over the past few days its gone full circle.

The thing is you never actually see it move!
