Thoughtful Sunbather

Cleaning, washing, cooking...its been a full on day and that cheeky Cat decided to lie sleeping yet again - what a life eh! :)

Today I made a Pineapple Upside Down Cake for the bake off in our church online 'zoom' tomorrow, then it will be collected for other's to eat :)

Its the first time I've made one for years, but I really can't remember having to separate the eggs before, though its a different cookery book as I couldn't find my Delia Smith.  Proud to say I managed to do it correctly, even though I have wrist issues :)

Next time I need to make something a little less complicated (if I'd thought I'd have taken pictures of the process for blip.
