Boring Picture - Tasty Bread

In reality this is just an emergency blip. I had no picture, and we suddenly got a visitor, and I knew there was no more time, and the bread was on the table! It does have very nice crumb though...
A virtual Mayday felt a bit strange. Normally it's a day of celebrations, gatherings, speeches, and being sociable, but this year it had to go online. The weather seemed to cooperate with social distancing since it was really cold and pouring with rain. A small part of me was very happy to stay indoors, fire burning in the stove, and take part via the computer, rather than getting togged up in thick jumpers and waterproofs and braving the storm.
