New Arrival

For Christmas I was introduced to Alexa via an Amazon Echo bought by daughter Julia.  After some initial trepidation I found it to be a very useful gadget so, mid-February I ventured further into the unknown and bought an Amazon Echo Show 5 (5" screen).  As time passed this also proved a useful (and entertaining) piece of technology - so I went even further.  Encouraged by the promotional price of the Echo Show 8 (8" screen) I ordered one, and it came today.  She's now set up in the kitchen and I have the replaced one alongside me and my computer.
Who would have guessed all this?  I certainly didn't :-)
