Three-bean Chilli

 Using a recipe from the 'I' newspaper from way back (I haven't seen a newspaper since the middle of March) I used some of our pre-Brexit store of beans - with a few variations.
 I had neither Black nor Cannellini beans so used Pinto and Butter beans, with Red Kidney beans. I didn't have fresh chillies but had a jar of roasted red peppers so used some of them, reduced the chilli powder by a third as I don't like too much heat. Used cocoa instead of cacao (which I'd never heard of as an ingredient) and added celery as it needed using up, likewise the wild garlic.

All things considered, it turned out rather well.
