Wild Garlic

Well I had intended to celebrate the growing numbers of (hybrid) Rhododendron and Azalea that adorn my daily walk. Rather I varied my daily walking route the other day and spotted some fairly big clumps of Garlic Mustard in an out of the way corner.

Having spotted it, and photographed it a couple of times, I realised that I've missed it growing in amongst several well tended gardens along my normal route. This gives it, its more popular name of Hedge Garlic and as the link shows you can eat it!
