Favourite walk

Up on the cliff path. The sun shone, the clouds never really came to anything other than a few spits of rain later in the day.

The sea pinks, thrift, are covered in buds and will be flowering any day now. The gulls and fulmars are pairing up, the fields are full of oyster catchers, the curlews are warbling and the skylarks are singing away high above us. A wren is shouting for us to go away and leave him in peace!
