One of the names for a stable fly but more commonly for a quick little dog, An Ankle Biter. Can be a young politician who is looking to making a career and gets his teeth into things & won't let go.

You can see Luna's Border Collie trait - she is looking directly at Sultan's back feet & should he just for a second do anything not right - too fast, too slow, too sloppy - she will try to go for the ankle. Sultan is used to it & doesn't react - luckily.

Going out for rides is much easier now there are barely any cars. Sultan despite now being alone doesn't outwardly seem to be missing companionship, even though horses are herd animals. Perhaps he has heard about social distancing on the stable radio.
