Fading

This is one of 2 wooden headstones in a cemetery I like to visits. Im guessing they wont last to much longer. Even after death we fade away. Memories last as long as our loved ones live and when they die they slowly disappear to. This persons monument will soon be gone, the one that was placed here so people could visit and pay their respects. Life is so short and death so eminent to all of us. Lets all take each day as a gift and remember how precious life really is.
