Evolution Of A Dish, AKA Creative Leftovers!

Friday night we had yummy home-made boeuf bourguignon.

Last night the remains evolved into an equally tasty hearty beef and vegetable soup, with the addition of some extra stock and peas, carrots and potatoes.

Having dug all the meat and potatoes out last night, all that was left for lunch today was something akin to a very thin broth with the odd carrot floating in it. Ah well, at least there can't have been too many calories in it!
