Robin Redbreast

This morning when I was checking up on Mrs Canada Goose this little robin came to join me.

Mrs CG is still sitting on her downy nest ..... she could have some youngsters under those spreading wings but there was no sign of any movement.

There was a heron lurking about .... love the birds but not when there are so many tiny goslings about.

A chilly start to the day but beautifully sunny.
