A hill with a view

Fifteen minutes walk from home takes me to Vixengrove Farm at the top of Cinder Hill. Having walked uphill through beech woods the view south suddenly opens up to reveal the north facing escarpment of the South Downs from Blackcap in the east, over Ditchling Beacon to Clayton Hill.
