Victor Hugo

A miserable day and perfect prelude to watching Les Miserables tonight. The cinema is in the distance on Paignton seafront. Thoroughly miserable film but I cheered up when I remembered one of my Dad's old jokes. In the late 1960s he had a Morris Oxford with the number plate 112 VU. He used to reckon it would be worth a fortune if only Victor Ugo was still around to buy it.
